The origin of the PhilanthroInvestor Phenomenon can be traced back to Ivan Anz, the Founder of CAPITANZ Family Office and an Inc. 500 entrepreneur. Ivan's vision stemmed from a deep desire to create companies that would overcome their owner-dependency and enable them to serve society on a broader scale. He achieved this by nurturing his companies and fostering their growth through the recruitment of talented CEOs who played a pivotal role in their development.
However, Ivan's journey took an unexpected turn when he became involved in speculative investing, moving from managing successful companies to computerized trading. In the midst of this transition, Ivan desired to become a "great investor," but found himself disheartened by unexpected losses and a lack of fulfillment. He realized that true financial freedom demands knowledge, purpose, and control over investments, along with the assurance of leaving a lasting legacy.
In 2014, Ivan embarked on his first venture into PhilanthroInvesting with Equity & Help, a company focused on the housing industry. Based in Florida, USA, Equity & Help offered investors the opportunity to grow their capital while promoting homeownership for families through their HappyHome™ initiative. Investors were empowered with clear investment objectives and tangible outcomes, aligning their financial goals with a meaningful purpose.
By 2019, Ivan recognized that the PhilanthroInvestor brand and vision were ready to expand beyond housing into a variety of key verticals around the world. Thus, we stand here today, committed to advancing the PhilanthroInvestor movement across sectors, driven by a collective mission to restore Life Essentials™ and make a profound impact on society.
Our mission at PhilanthroInvestors® is to lead the way in bridging the gap between philanthropy and investment, with a relentless focus on restoring Life Essentials™.

At PhilanthroInvestors®, our vision is to build a future where philanthropy and investment seamlessly intersect to restore Life Essentials™ and drive sustainable progress.
We envision a world where everyone has access to clean air, safe water, nutritious food, quality health, safe housing, sustainable energy, resilient infrastructure, reduced plastic pollution, thriving wildlife habitats, enriching art, and eliminated illiteracy. By harnessing the power of strategic financial resources, we aim to create inclusive and resilient communities that thrive for generations to come.
At PhilanthroInvestors®, we recognize the critical need to restore Life Essentials – fundamental elements essential for human well-being.
Across various domains, the current state of these essentials paints a sobering picture:
Only 8% of the world's population lives in environments with acceptable air quality, exposing millions to pollutants that impact health and quality of life.
Every day, 6,000 children die from water-related diseases, and a staggering 80% of the world's water is released untreated, posing significant health risks and environmental degradation.
Despite abundant resources, one out of every seven people goes hungry, while chronic diseases, many preventable, plague communities worldwide, with traditional healthcare systems often prioritizing treatment over prevention.
Billions of families lack secure housing, exacerbating inequalities and hindering social stability and economic progress.
Nearly one billion people lack access to electricity, while electrocution remains a leading cause of workplace fatalities in developed nations.
Natural disasters affect hundreds of millions annually, leading to widespread devastation and loss of life.
The rampant littering of plastic contributes to environmental degradation, with eight million tons dumped into the environment annually, threatening ecosystems and marine life.
Global animal populations have declined by nearly 70% in the last 50 years, signaling a pressing need for conservation efforts to preserve biodiversity.
Despite its cultural significance, only 10% of artists make a living from their craft, with the majority of art produced going unappreciated and unsupported.
Illiteracy remains a pervasive issue, with one billion people worldwide lacking basic literacy skills, underscoring the importance of education as a driver of empowerment and opportunity.
